Now that you've got a good sense of how psychic abilities work for sensing things, it's now time to discuss how they work when it comes to influencing things. In this chapter, we're going to cover the basic theory regarding influence type psychic abilities. This discussion will primarily revolve around a very old concept in Chinese culture known as chi energy. I should note that while I do have some experience with what you might call supernatural phenomena as it relates to controlling chi, I actually wouldn't say that I have all that much. Chi energy is probably where my most current study of the subconscious is and consequently is also one of the topics of subconscious behavior that I’m least familiar with. And although I could study this topic more, I’m honestly not all that interested in it right now. In fact I only studied this topic because I wanted to make this book more complete and provide an opportunity for others who wish to study this topic further. However, with that being said, I will present my current theory on influence type psychic abilities and chi energy.
INFLUENCE TYPE PSYCHIC ABILITIES
In the previous chapter, we talked a great deal about sensory type psychic abilities and developed a great deal of familiarity with how these abilities work. There you learned that your spirit has the ability to sense reality in a much more transcendental way than your physical body can and that these special sensory abilities are normally dampened to the point of practically being turned off. They’re only able to awaken when you charge psychic energy using a sense intention. Well in this chapter, I’d like to now discuss another kind of psychic ability that also comes from your spirit. This second kind of psychic ability is in the category of what I like to call influence type psychic abilities. These are psychic abilities that involve using your spirit to, not only sense the target, but to also influence or change it in some way. In the previous chapter, we talked a lot about sensing some remote target and gaining some piece of information about it – but we never once spoke of the possibility of actually manipulating the target in some way after you’ve sensed it. Well this additional step into the supernatural is where influence type abilities come in. In parapsychology, ESP is a very general umbrella term used to describe any kind of sensory type psychic ability. But what about influence type abilities? What is the umbrella term that is generally used for these cases?
The most apt and comprehensive term in parapsychology, I believe, is the term “psychokinesis”. You may have heard this term before and have likely seen it used interchangeably with the term telekinesis. For the most part, you can get away with using either of these terms in almost any context but I do believe that there is a very technical difference between the two. The term telekinesis generally refers to the act of moving an object with your mind. But it’s not just any kind of object or any kind of motion. More often than not, telekinesis means moving a solid macroscopically sized object and influencing it to move in a rotational or translational way. That’s a fancy way of saying moving back and forth, up and down, left or right or turning. This kind of psychic influence does fall under the category of psychokinesis but psychokinesis itself is a much broader term that refers to a much larger set of phenomena. In a nutshell, psychokinesis actually refers to any kind of influence on any kind of target using only the mind. And there are many different ways to influence a target that may have never even occurred to you. For example in anime and movies, you often see supernatural influence in the form of transmutation, conjuration or fortune changing.
These are all abilities that would technically fall under the category of psychokinesis. We will not be looking at any of these special kinds of psychic influence in this book. Our primary focus will be on using psychokinesis in the form of “motion”. This means influencing some target in a way that causes it to move. An interesting question to ask about such abilities is where they actually come from? Do they theoretically come from the spirit in the same way as sensory type psychic abilities? Well to be honest, I’m not really sure. In my experience, influence type psychic abilities include a range of phenomena and symptoms that make it harder to create an underlying theoretical framework for. In addition to the sensory ability from your “spirit”, it seems as though these abilities require a new kind of innate ability you have. Furthermore, it also seems as though this new innate ability comes from a different place than what you might naturally think of as your spirit. It’s as if it comes from a secondary spirit or metaphysical body that you have. This secondary body is sometimes called the “etheric” body in new age circles. We will talk more about why I think this is later in the chapter. Right now though it is unclear if influence type abilities come entirely from your spirit or from both your spirit and etheric body.
And similarly to sensory type psychic abilities, it is also unclear where your subconscious mind ends and your spirit and etheric bodies begin. For simplicity, we’ll simply operate from the framework that influence type psychic abilities come from both the spirit and etheric body but are controlled through your subconscious mind. When it comes to influence type psychic abilities, I find it useful break its usage down into two main categories. Psychokinesis that’s used on or inside the body and psychokinesis that’s used on some external target that’s outside your body. Although the technique for using psychokinesis is the same in both cases, we will primarily focus on the case where you’re using psychokinesis inside the body since that’s one I have more experience with. In particular we will focus on charging psychic energy for the purpose of influencing your body to heal itself. I haven’t charged for this purpose for very long and am not entirely sure what would happen if I kept going with it. But I would say that I did experience some very strange, seemingly supernatural, symptoms as a result of charging as far as I did. For this reason, I’d like to use the purpose of healing as a reference point for our discussions similar to the way clairvoyance was used as a reference point for our discussion on sensory type abilities in the previous chapter.
SILVER CORD CONNECTION
Before talking about influence type psychic abilities in more detail, I’d like to first talk about another special kind of connection that your subconscious has. In the previous chapter, it was mentioned that the more you use your ESP to sense a particular target, the more your subconscious transcendentally connects to that target. This increased connection, in a feedback looping kind of way, makes it even easier for you to sense that target later. Well there is another kind of connection that your subconscious has that is different from a transcendental connection. This connection is much stronger and much sturdier. To understand this connection, I’d like you to focus on your own body for a moment. Try to think about the way your subconscious is connected to your body. Not only does your body respond very quickly to whatever frequency your subconscious switches to, but it is even able to continuously provide you with sensory experience so that you’re able to tell what’s going on in the physical world. But then how does the subconscious maintain its connection to your body to be able to interact with it in this superfluous manner? Is this simply a really powerful form of transcendental connection?
In my opinion, that answer would have to be no. A transcendental connection can change in its strength depending on how often you’re focused on something. But the special connection between the body and subconscious seems to be very constant and doesn’t seem to ever really change in strength. Even when you’re sleeping, the body can wake you up almost instantaneously if it needs to. Clearly the connection between the body and mind is too strong to be the same kind of transcendental connection that allows your spirit to sense things in the physical world. This new kind of connection must be much stronger in nature and operate in a manner that is mostly independent of our own thoughts. I call this special connection between the subconscious and body the silver cord connection. I call it this because of a phenomenon that is often reported during out of body experiences, especially during astral projection. In these cases, individuals sometimes report seeing a silver looking cord that is attached to their spirit body on one end and attached to their physical body, usually in the stomach area, on the other end. It is believed that this cord is what connects our spirit to our body and enables us to sustain life.
Our silver cord connection is what allows our body and subconscious to communicate and respond to each other. This is very important because the subconscious can affect the body in different ways depending on whether or not that influence is occurring through a silver cord connection or a transcendental connection. Learning the difference between the two will be essential when it comes to using influence type psychic abilities on your body. For example the intention to heal your body can function differently when facilitated through the silver cord connection rather than a transcendental connection. The silver cord connection will allow you to heal the body in a manner that’s mostly going to be within the scope of the placebo effect. However, healing the body using a transcendental connection is where you’re probably going to see a healing effect that’s much more supernatural in nature. Again I have not fully tested this out myself but that is my theory so far.
MANIFEST AND MOVEMENT INTENTIONS
When we spoke about sensory type psychic abilities, it was mentioned that you would generally charge your subconscious around a sense intention. This simply meant holding the intention to gain sensory information about a particular target of your choice. But what of influence type psychic abilities? What kind of intention would we hold in these cases? Well the answer is actually quite simple really. You’d hold the intention to change or influence the target in some particular way and charge your subconscious around this intention. That’s really all there is to it. For example if I wanted to use psychokinesis on an apple and make it move, I’d simply focus on it and hold the intention to move it in some desired way and charge my subconscious around that expression of intent. Now how you actually go about charging the subconscious while holding this kind of intention is another matter and does take a bit more explaining. Although the basic technique is really not all that different from charging ESP, there is a rather important consideration involved that’s a much bigger deal for influence type psychic abilities than it is with sensory type abilities.
We will discuss this extra wrinkle and its implications in the next few sections. However, one important aspect of this charge that I would like to mention here has to do with the particular way your subconscious instinct expresses itself when using psychokinesis. Recall that your subconscious can express its thoughts in many different forms – whether it be in the form of emotion, belief, creativity or psychically sensing. Well one other special mode of expression that your subconscious instinct can have is in the form of motion or movement. For example when you wish to move your body, your subconscious is actually expressing itself in the form of motion. At the ground state level, this form of expression allows you to move your body in a normal way using your negative mind. In your subconscious’ excited state, this form of subconscious expression allows you to move your body in a transcendental way using your positive mind. In both cases however, your subconscious has to express “movement” to make your body move. It cannot move it using some other form of expression such as emotion or belief.
This is important because, in my experience, using psychokinesis always involves expressing subconscious action in the form of motion. For example let’s say that the target is my own physical body and I hold the intention to heal it. As my subconscious charges up based on this intention, my subconscious will eventually reach a state where I feel an instinctive urge to “move” in a very particular way as I’m healing my body. But what’s interesting about this is that I won’t feel all that strong an urge to move my physical body, although I will still feel a slight urge to do this too. However, I will primarily feel an urge to move something else that I can tell is not quite my physical body. It feels more like it’s my spirit body that I’m moving along with something else that’s not quite the same as my spirit body either, it’s almost like a non-physical fluidic or gooey substance that I’m controlling using the motion based expression of subconscious action. It seems that I’m able to gain the ability to control this substance using transcendental control when I charge my subconscious using the proper intention. Thus psychokinesis, unlike ESP, always makes use of transcendental control to some degree as the subconscious charges to use this ability.
ENERGY CONSIDERATIONS
An important consideration that comes into play when it comes to psychokinesis or influence type psychic abilities has to do with the concept of energy. And not necessarily from a subconscious perspective, but rather more so from a physics perspective in this case. The term “energy” in science is generally defined as the ability to do work. But just what does it mean to do work though? Well this is actually just a fancy way of saying “make something move”. In physics, we learn that forces are pushes or pulls that get exerted on or by objects. And when the net force on an object is zero, the object is either moving with constant velocity or is at rest. But when it is non-zero, the object is accelerating. The term work is really just a nice way of helping scientist differentiate between cases when the net force on an object is zero (which tends to be very boring - unless you’re an architect) vs cases when it is non-zero (which is much more interesting). The concept of energy helps scientist to quantify how much “motion” can be caused by some non-zero net force. And interestingly enough, it was noticed that an object always has to lose some of its own motion in order to give it to another. In fact, the amount of motion it loses is always equal to the motion it gave away to other objects or systems. This is called the conservation law of energy and is where the saying energy can be neither created nor destroyed comes from.
But then why does any of this matter when it comes to psychokinesis? Well because, for this ability, we’re interested in using our subconscious to influence an object to move in some way. But then, there’s that magic word again “move”. This attribute is clearly at the core of the very concept of physical energy and therefore must be very intricately connected to the concept of psychokinesis as well. In other words, if we’re being logically consistent, we must acknowledge the fact that psychokinesis must use energy in some way to make an object move. But then what kind of energy does it use and where exactly is this energy coming from? If we go down this path of attributing the concept of physical energy to the act of psychokinesis, then there are a great deal many questions that we become forced to ask.
First, let’s try to focus on what particular kind of energy we’re dealing with. Now technically all energy is really just a number that’s meant to quantify motion in some way. However, we’re able to talk about this quantification in different useful ways depending on the context. For example kinetic energy describes how much motion an object actually has in the moment while potential energy describes how much motion an object will have at some later point – usually once some kind of barrier is removed or overcome. We can even talk about energy in terms of the particular thing that has the motion. For example electrical energy refers to amount of motion that electrons have while light energy refers to the amount of motion that photons have. Chemical energy refers to the amount of motion stored in a chemical substance while heat energy refers to the motion of molecules on a microscopic scale. In each of these cases, we named the type of energy after the medium that carried the energy or had the motion. When it comes to psychokinesis though, what exactly is the medium that carries the energy or has the motion? Well given that psychokinesis is not an accepted phenomenon by orthodox science, it isn’t entirely clear that there even is such a medium. However, I think it’s fair to say that, if psychokinesis is a real thing, then such a medium must necessarily exist as well.
Although I’m not sure that there is a clear word for this medium in the English language at least, the good news is that there is one for it in many other languages—actually in their corresponding cultures to be more specific. While modern science does not recognize the existence of such a medium, many traditional cultures across the world do and it is actually a very important part of the spirituality practiced in those cultures. In India and Hindu culture, this medium is called Prana. In South Pacific Polynesian cultures it is called Mana. In Nigerian culture it is called Ase and in Japanese culture it is called Ki. Here in America, during a time when such a substance was postulated to exist, it might have been referred to as ether. The term that seems to have become the most popular here in America today, and the one for which I have grown most accustomed to, is the traditional Chinese term for it and that is chi. You may have heard this term being used in the context of traditional healing practices in Chinese culture or in the context of martial arts practices such as Tai Chi Kung Fu. In these contexts, chi is generally defined as an invisible substance that allows for various kinds of movement to occur within the body and in nature in general.
This movement also uses energy that is acquired through the appropriation of this invisible substance. This is where the term “chi energy” comes from. Thus, in a sense, the medium that has the motion is chi and the quantification of that motion is called chi energy. Now normally when some medium that has the motion interacts with another object and causes that object to gain motion, the original medium has to lose some of its motion as a result. For example when electrons are moving in a circuit, they will slow down and lose some of their motion as they interact with a resistor – usually causing the resistor to heat up in the process. In other words the electrical energy dropped as some resistance got hotter. Well I believe a similar principle is at play when it comes to chi energy. When you use psychokinesis to influence an object to move, you must use, or expend, chi energy to do so. The more motion is caused by your psychokinesis, the higher the chi energy expenditure will be. Although we’ve been using the term “motion” here to quantify energy, scientist actually like to use the term momentum, which is a quantity that is directly proportionally to an object’s mass and velocity. But if we assume that the “motion” quantified by the term “energy” is directly proportional to mass and velocity in the same way, then moving a mountain using psychokinesis for example would require a huge amount of chi energy while moving a feather would require significantly less. Similarly moving a feather at light speed would require far more chi energy than moving the feather very slowly.
But then this suggestion raises its own set of questions and possibilities as well. If chi is a thing that gets used up to manifest some intention’s command to influence a target, then can we change our chi expenditure at will? Can we use lot’s of chi at once or only a little bit if we want to? Furthermore can we build up our chi? As in can we store lots and lots of chi like a battery and then release it in one large burst if we desire? Well again I don’t believe that I have sufficient experience with controlling my chi to confidently answer these questions. However, what I will say is that it is generally believed in traditional Chinese culture that you can cultivate your chi and store it in a place called the dan tian. Also, based on the limited experience that I do have with chi, it does seem to be the case the my chi is building up when I’m charging my subconscious to use some influence type psychic ability – such as when I’m attempting to heal my body through intention. Furthermore it has also felt like I’m able to use my chi in relatively large bursts at a time if I choose to, although I have not done that very often. I will talk a bit more about the experiences I have had controlling my chi later in the chapter.
ETHERIC BODY AND AURA
The next topic I’d like to cover is essentially an application of the concept of chi energy. Particularly, I’d like to focus on the role it plays in the way our body responds to our subconscious energy charge. Recall from chapter 6 of book I, it was mentioned that your body has specific responses to certain subconscious frequencies. Furthermore, the longer your subconscious charges at a specific frequency, the more pronounced that response from your body becomes. Moreover, it actually seems as though your body undergoes subtle little changes over time in response to your long-term subconscious charging. For example, I’ve noticed that anger and aggression based emotional frequencies cause my body to become very tense and uptight. While inner peace based emotional frequencies cause my body to feel very relaxed. The longer I spend charging anger and aggression, the more stress my body experiences over time. This stress can actually be measured in certain subtle changes in the body, including in the nervous system I believe. A similar effect would occur for a long-term inner peace based subconscious charge but would instead cause positive subtle changes in the body, rather than negative ones.
An important question to ask is where do these such changes in the body come from? Specifically how is subconscious energy able to induce them? Sure we know that the body is able to read your subconscious and always knows what frequency it’s on and responds to it accordingly. But to me, it seems like it’s more than just a simple reaction like when your body charges the sexual primal emotion in response to an attractive women. Physical changes that occur as a result of long-term subconscious energy charging seem to actually be induced by the charge itself. But then if this is true, again I ask, how is the subconscious able to accomplish this? Well I believe the answer has to do with your chi energy. As I gained more experience with charging my subconscious to control my chi, there were certain things I began to postulate about its nature. For example I noticed that controlling my chi in a more transcendental way required me to hold an intention to change a particular target in some specific way. My chi would then attempt to manifest that change within in the target I focused on.
However, what I also noticed was that my own physical body seemed to undergo changes in response to subconscious energy that seemed very much to be a function of chi energy control. However, this was odd since I wasn’t controlling my chi in a more transcendental way using intention. For example a long-term charge of anger can cause subtle stressful changes in the body over time. And what’s peculiar about this change is the fact that it is able to occur without me holding the intention to directly make my body experience stress. I can be totally focused on some other external event and feel anger while I am – not thinking about my body at all in the process – and will still experience these stressful bodily changes over time. In other words my subconscious seems to be using chi to manifest changes within my body without me actually needing to the hold the direct intention to do so. This is very different from the transcendental way of controlling chi that I had learned to do, which always required me to directly hold the intention to change my body in some way before my chi attempted to manifest that change. I began to think about where these opposite like behaviors in my chi were coming from and what might allow both circumstances to be possible.
As I did, I came to a rather interesting conclusion about the nature of chi. The only explanation that seemed to explain both scenarios is the idea that your chi is primarily controlled in a relatively automatic way that is similar to how your body charges your subconscious in an automatic way. In fact it could even be the case that your body charges your subconscious to control your chi as well. However, this doesn’t seem to be the only factor in chi control since pretty much any long-term charge by the mind still affects how your chi manifests changes in your body, it’s more like your chi influences your body in a way that goes beyond the ground state charge and your intention. I suspect that your chi is actually controlled primarily by a whole other system that functions in a mostly automatic way too. Just as you have a physical body and spiritual body, I think you also have an energetic body that’s either made up of chi directly or is simply responsible for regulating your chi. It could also even be the case that your spirit body regulates your chi as well. However, for the moment, we’ll assume that you have a third body that is separate from your physical and spiritual body. This energy body has been postulated in certain spiritual communities before and is sometimes called your etheric body.
When I make the assumption that we have an etheric body, which regulates our chi, then both of the above explanations seem to make sense. Under normal circumstances, our etheric body regulates our chi and commands it in a way that, presumably, helps our body to function properly. This would be like holding the intention for your body to heal and function optimally. Only we don’t have to necessarily express this command with our intention since our etheric body is commanding this of our chi already. However, I believe that, while our etheric body does attempt to use our chi to help our body function, it is still a process that is facilitated overall through our subconscious mind. And when our subconscious frequency changes, particularly through the affect of our intent, this can affect our subconscious ability to manifest a particular expression of chi. For example if our subconscious frequency is very negative in nature, then it actually becomes harder for our subconscious to command our chi to help our body function optimally. But it’s even worse than this. This negative subconscious frequency can even cause our chi to try to manifest negative changes, which are antithetical to survival, in the body as well. Again we call this phenomenon stress.
On the other hand, positive subconscious frequencies make it easier for our subconscious to manifest our chi in a way that helps our body to survive. In fact long-term positive frequency charges may even boosts that chi expression beyond the normal extent. We call this phenomenon the placebo effect. An interesting consequence of this existence of a third energy body and its ability to affect our physical body is that it probably spreads throughout our physical body in a similar way that our blood vessels do. Recall that, in order to deliver oxygen and nutrients throughout our body, we need blood vessels which transport these resources through our blood. And since pretty much all of the cells in your body require these nutrients and lots of them, you pretty much have blood vessels just about everywhere in your body. Well I believe that your etheric body actually operates in a somewhat similar way. In order for my chi to influence different parts of my body, without me necessarily specifying to influence that specific part through my intention, my etheric body must already be intricately connected to that part. I believe that these intricate connections run throughout our entire body and allow our etheric body to use our chi to help all of these different parts and systems function optimally. These vessel like connections are generally referred to as channels or meridians in traditional Chinese culture.
I believe these connections run throughout our body, including our organs, and allow our etheric body to command our chi to help it function optimally. This includes our brain, kidneys, intestines and lungs for example. All of these different parts of our body lend some of their nice and neat functionality to our chi energy and its constant manifestation of optimal physical functionality. One last thing I would like to note though, before moving on, is what I believe actually occurs as a result of this manifesting action of chi inside the body. When we talk about the manifestational properties of chi, what we’re really referring to is the way that your chi is able to influence the way your cells actually move – both on the inside and out. I believe that this psychokinetic motion doesn’t necessarily occur on a macroscopic scale that’s easy to see or measure. Rather, I believe it occurs on a microscopic scale that’s actually most prevalent in the motion of photons. Photons are very small packets of electromagnetic energy that can be either absorbed or released by electrons. I believe that, by influencing the general motion of these packets of energy, your etheric body has some degree of influence over the quantum probabilities involved in biology. By this I mean that your chi can, in a sense, influence the way your cells mutate – which is a biological phenomenon that occurs on the basis of very small probabilities that are present in the formation of DNA, RNA and protein structures.
By using chi to influence quantum probability, your etheric body is able to help increase the odds that your body – including its organs and various different systems – change in a way that supports life rather than the opposite. People who are constantly angry or have prolonged experiences of negative emotion would be more likely to have biological errors at the cellular level that make life harder to maintain. This is due to the disruption of their chi as caused by their negative emotions. People who experience prolonged positive emotions on the other hand, would be less likely to experience these biological errors due to the boosts in functionality of their chi. It would be more likely that their bodies mutate in a way that continues to support life. I believe that this influence of photons by your chi actually creates a relatively unique field of influence both in and around your body. In this field, photons would probably function in a slightly different way than normal.
This unique field that permeates the inside and outside of your body is what I believe is generally referred to as your aura. It is often unclear what the aura should be “made out of” and whether or not it should be physically detectable if it were to exist. Well I believe that your chi is a physically undetectable substance and that your aura should have some degree of measurability in the form of electromagnetic field readings. I’m not sure if modern instruments are able to reach the sensitivity needed to determine whether or not photons are functioning inside and near the body in a way that is different from how they function when away from a living body, but I suspect that our aura could be detected in this manner if such a sensitivity were possible. When your subconscious frequency changes, your chi changes in terms what it’s attempting to manifest in your body and this in turn changes the nature of your aura. This is because your electromagnetic field changes in a way that affects the quantum probabilities at play throughout your body. This means that your aura exerts a kind of pressure on your body to manifest certain physical changes that are aligned with your subconscious frequency. Negative subconscious frequencies tend to be more damaging and manifest negative changes in your body while positive emotions are more constructive and manifest positive changes in your body.
One interesting potential application of the concept of an aura, as we’ve defined it here, involves the formation of all life of on earth. In science, the term abiogenesis describes the process by which inorganic, or non-living, matter suddenly becomes living. This occurs for example when inorganic matter suddenly forms into a singular or multi-cellular organism. How such a phenomenon is able to occur has actually always been a mystery to scientist and has never actually been observed. You’ve probably heard many times growing up that people, and really all life on earth today, evolved from much simpler forms for life. However, a problem that you’ve probably not heard very much about and for which has not often been addressed is how the first forms of life started in the place. After all evolution is a property that’s attributed to something that’s already living, it’s not a property of something non-living. So how did the first organism on earth even form? Well scientist don’t know for sure and generally study this in origins of life research.
However, one possibility that I’ve considered for such a phenomenon is through the nature of an aura. It may be possible that the earth itself is actually alive to the extent that it has a silver cord and an etheric body in a similar manner to a living person. This etheric body of earth may constantly be commanding its chi to create and manifest life. If chi does have the ability to create certain biases in quantum probability, then I’d say that this is a pretty good potential explanation for how life on earth formed. The hard problem of abiogenesis is simply the probability factor involved in it. The odds of inorganic matter suddenly forming into a living organism and then doing so in a manner that is able to continue evolving into the complex forms of life that we see today is generally considered to be virtually impossible. Furthermore nothing close to it has ever been directly observed. However, if we’re to assume that life on earth occurred as the result of a change in quantum probability that actually favors life, then the probability issue is no longer a problem. It becomes rather easy to explain the formation of life in terms of pure chance. Not only that, it also helps to explain the continued formation of life of earth today – including in the most remote, seemingly impossible, areas for life to spread to.
NORMAL CHI CONTROL
Ok, now that we’ve gotten a good chunk of the underlying theory of psychokinesis and chi energy out of the way, let’s now start setting things up to talk about how to actually control your chi. The first topic I’d like to discuss in this regard is the topic of what you might call normal chi control. Yes, this refers to the ability your negative mind has to control your chi. It is important to understand that not all chi control is actually transcendental in nature and that you actually have a certain capability of controlling your chi in a way that is completely at will and can be done at any time you’d like. In fact I would even go as far as saying that this is the most common way of controlling one’s chi. If you were to look up tutorials online on how to actually control your chi, I’d wager that about 99.99% of the content you’d find would instruct you on how to control your chi in a normal way as opposed to the transcendental way.
We will talk about transcendental chi control in more detail in the next section. However, normal chi control is much less “supernatural” in nature compared to transcendental chi control. In fact I’d say that it’s relatively unclear if anything special really even happens during normal chi control. In other words it’s hard to tell if any kind of manifesting is even happening when you’re controlling chi using your negative mind. I believe that, like your spiritual senses, your ability to manifest your intention using your chi is also greatly dampened normally. And like, psychic energy, you can’t exactly overcome this dampening very easily. This helps to prevent your negative thoughts from manifesting inside your body and pretty much destroying you from the inside out. We do see this effect to some extent though when you charge a negative subconscious frequency for a prolonged period of time and experience the corresponding physical stress as a result. However, this effect is much less pronounced than it could be if your ability to manifest intention were not so dampened. That being said, unlike psychic energy, chi control still can’t be dampened to the point of practically being turned off because you still need to express subconscious thought in the form of motion whenever you move your body.
You don’t really need to express subconscious thought in the form of psychic sensing as you go about your daily life, so it’s pretty easy to dampen that all the way. But chi control and manifestation responds to your desire to move. And your subconscious expresses this action every time you move your body. Therefore, since you use this form of subconscious thought all the time, your ability to control your chi is still a little active – even if dampened. You can test this by simply attempting to move your chi around your body. I find that the easiest way to feel my chi is to make a fist and simply hold the intention to move the chi that flows throughout the rest of my body into the ball of my fist. It really is just that simple. Simply assume that there is a non-physical fluid like substance flowing through your body and hold the intention to move it around. As you hold this intention, you will feel it flowing to where you commanded it to go. Furthermore, you should notice that, as you continue to do this, it’s starting to move more easily. For example you may notice that it takes a while at first to move a decent chunk of it into your fist. Well once you’ve spent a decent amount of time moving this energy into your fist, now make a fist with your other hand and then try to immediately move all of this energy from your original fist into your other fist. You should notice at first that this is a bit hard to do and your chi doesn’t move so easily.
However, as you keep practicing this, you’ll notice that it is starting to flow more easily. Eventually you’ll be able to move, what feels like a huge amount of this chi, instantaneously from one fist to the other and even other parts of the body. When I’ve practiced this, I eventually could move lots of this energy from my fist, to my feet, to my legs and even inside my head. It will feel like a build up of pressure for the most part but others have also described it as tingly sensation or a feeling of warmth. Now in spite of all of this moving around of your chi, it isn’t really clear what this form of chi control is actually accomplishing beyond the simple act of moving. When many online tutorials talk about controlling your chi, they very often talk about this form of chi control and aren’t able to go much further in terms of advising how you’re supposed to use this level of control to do anything more with your chi. I believe that your body dampens your chi usage in a very special kind of way that is quite different from the manner in which it dampens psychic energy. I actually believe that you’re using your chi to a significant extent whenever you move your body. In a sense, you’re actually using psychokinesis on your own body in order to get it to move. This is how your conscious and subconscious are able to induce the first cause effect that’s needed to move your body.
It should be clear of course that you’re not actually using your chi to move your whole limb though. For example you wouldn't necessarily be moving your arm in the same way that you might use telekinesis to move an external object. Rather, you’re using psychokinesis on a very small quantum scale in your brain. You’re using just enough to cause certain nerves to activate and send a signal through your nervous system that eventually results in the motion of the part of your body you wanted to move. Furthermore, the degree to which you can manifest this motion in your brain is largely affected by your subconscious frequency. When your subconscious becomes charged up at some frequency, it has a much higher affinity for manifesting your chi in a way that causes you to move your body in a very particular way. We spoke about this when we talked about transcendental control in chapter 3 of book I. Now while your body does allow you to freely control your chi to stimulate your brain to move your body, it doesn’t allow you to use your chi for pretty much anything else. Whenever you try to use your chi for other forms of manifestation, your body just blocks it and it will mostly feel like nothing happens. Although we do seem to still have the ability to pointlessly move our chi around our body.
Chapter 22: Psychic Abilities - Chi Energy
TRANSCENDENTAL CHI CONTROL
I’d like to now begin talking about the nature of controlling your chi in a more transcendental way. We will not necessarily be discussing how to charge your subconscious for chi control and manifestation in this section. Rather we’ll simply discuss many of the underlying principles involved in transcendental chi control which are not a factor when it comes to normal chi control. The first principle of transcendental chi control is a relatively obvious one and has to do with the nature of timing. Like any transcendental ability, you can’t necessarily control your chi in a transcendental way just any time you feel like. You can only do it at certain times and under certain conditions. In particular, your subconscious must properly be quantized to be able to control your chi. This of course occurs through the proper expression of your intention. Also like any transcendental ability, your subconscious has the ability to charge relative to this intention and, in this case, use more chi or less chi at once to manifest some desire. Now here is where things get a little bit tricky because we must then ask the hard question of where chi comes from and how it is able to build up in a way that allows more of it to be used at once?
For example does chi build up in a relatively spontaneous way, similar to your emotions or creativity? Can your subconscious simply produce more chi? Or is chi different from your emotions and cannot be produced directly by your subconscious? Does it instead actually come from somewhere else entirely? Well it’s a bit difficult say for sure, but in my limited experience with chi I’d say that there is actually evidence that leans both ways. For example I’ve had experiences where it felt as though I was subconsciously producing chi in a similar manner to emotions and I’ve also had experiences where it felt as though I was able to gather chi from the external environment. For example when I was charging my subconscious to heal my body, it actually felt as though I was spontaneously producing more chi as the symptoms of this charge grew more intense. On the other hand, I’ve also held the intention to pull chi from the environment around me and store it in my lower dan tian area. Recall that your dan tian is considered to be like your storage tank for chi energy. I attempted to charge my chi in this manner because I too have had experiences which also seemed to suggest that my chi must be stored in some manner in this area of my body – which is in the naval, stomach area.
When I charged my subconscious while holding this intention to store chi from the environment in my stomach area, I suddenly felt a rather odd feeling of being rooted into the ground like a plant. It felt like my legs were roots that were digging into the earth in order to gather its energy. I also became more sensitive to the environment around me and felt as though I was absorbing chi from it as well. And after feeling these symptoms for a short time, I also suddenly felt a wave of alertness and a highly energized feeling. I remember thinking that I felt these symptoms so quickly that they must be more of a physiological response to this transcendental control of chi rather than the result of actually having successfully stored a whole bunch of chi in my dan tian. However, what I will say is that, even though I only charged in this way for a short time, I noticed that I felt pretty energized for about a month or so after. I suppose there’s a chance that this could have just been in my head but that’s how I remember it. I have not tried to charge my chi in this manner again since then though to truly test it out. As far as the hard question of whether or not chi is something that your subconscious produces, like your emotions, or if it is something you gather from the environment, I would need to engage in more experimentation to determine this.
The next topic I’d like cover regarding the nature of transcendental chi control has to do with transcendental connection. This is an important of aspect controlling ones chi because chi can influence a target inside your body based on the silver cord connection or a transcendental connection. Influence using the silver cord connection relies on fixed ethereal like connections that exists between your etheric body and your physical body. In this case, your chi will manifest changes in your body based on the frequency of your subconscious charge. It doesn’t really matter whether your intention was directed toward your body for this charge or not. For example if you’re really angry and feel this way for a very long time, your etheric body will begin to command that your chi manifest negative changes in your body that reflect this anger – even though you’re not actually focused on your own physical body when you think about the thing that’s causing you to be angry. This is possible because of these fixed connections between your etheric and physical bodies and your silver cord connection. Contrary to this kind of connection is a transcendental connection. Now unlike chi control that uses a silver cord connection, chi control using a transcendental connection does require you to actually focus on the target you wish to actually influence or change in some way. This is even true if the target is your own physical body.
For example let’s say that you injure your finger and wish to command that your chi heal this injury. You could technically try to heal this injury using chi control that relies on a silver cord connection by simply watching movies, reading books or imagining things that contain general stories about healing. As you perceive these stories, your subconscious will naturally charge up at the healing frequency through the reflection principle. Your intention won’t be directed toward your finger though in these cases. However, your subconscious will still charge in a general way at the healing frequency and this will still, I believe, have an effect on the way your etheric body manifest chi, for the purpose of healing, inside your body. However, to command that your chi heal your finger using a transcendental connection, you would actually have to focus on your finger and hold the intention to heal it. You won’t be able to command your chi using a transcendental connection otherwise. This is very important because your chi functions in a very different way depending on which type of connection you’re using to command it. Commanding your chi using the silver cord connection is generally done automatically whenever your subconscious is charged up at some frequency, for example when you’re in an intensely strong emotional state. When we feel a positive emotion very strongly, we perceive the placebo effect at work and our health tends to be a little bit better overall. When we experience a negative emotion very strongly, we experience stress and our health tends to be a little bit worse overall.
Controlling your chi using a transcendental connection however tends to be much more intense and even “supernatural” in nature. At least that’s the initial impression that I get from it. I haven’t actually practiced charging my subconscious to use my chi in this manner very often and not very far. However, based on the limited experience I do have, it feels much more like a supernatural event. It may be possible that chi can be used to heal the body in a much more extraordinary way that goes far beyond the scope of the placebo effect, when using a transcendental connection. However, again this would need to be tested to be verified. The last important topic about transcendental chi control I’d like to mention here is that it actually requires you to use psychic energy and your spiritual senses to perform. I remember when I first started practicing to charge my subconscious for the purpose of healing my body, I noticed a very interesting and unexpected symptom occur. I noticed that my pineal gland started responding in a similar way to when I’m attempting to use ESP. This was very confusing to me because I’d known by this time that this physical response meant that I was using a psychic ability but I couldn’t understand how the act of healing my body was a “psychic” ability like ESP.
In fact this experience, caused me to begin trying to find some universal cause that was always present whenever my pineal gland would respond to my charging efforts. I wanted to know what aspect of my intention was the same between the intent to sense something using ESP and the intent to heal my body. Since my pineal gland responded in both of these circumstances, clearly there was some common command between them that’s likely present in all psychic abilities. I just needed to figure out what it was. Well for a long time I pondered about this phenomenon and eventually came to the conclusion that the attempt to heal my body actually made use of my spiritual senses and that’s why my pineal gland became active. At first I thought maybe the simple act of controlling my chi was causing my pineal gland to respond, even though that doesn’t actually happen when I control my chi using my negative mind. However, over the course performing different experiments with chi control, I found that I have been able to move my chi in a transcendental way without feeling a response from my pineal gland. So it didn’t seem that transcendentally controlling chi, in itself, caused a response from my pineal gland. It was more like my pineal gland was activating in an effort to use my spiritual senses so that I could manifest my chi in a specific way.
In a nutshell, when you hold the intention to influence a target in some way, your subconscious has to first “sense” the target. It is not enough to simply be aware of the target through your physical senses. It’s as if the target still isn’t real to your subconscious that way. To understand this, try to imagine the difference between seeing the picture of a person and actually seeing that person in real life. Sure you’re getting some sense of what the person looks like through their picture, but that is still just a 2D copy of the real thing. There’s really no substitute for actually sensing the person directly in the real world. It is only then that you’re able to truly gain some raw sensory data that properly represents the actual person. I believe a similar phenomenon occurs when you’re attempting to control your chi in a transcendental way. For example if I hold the intention to heal my body, it is not enough to simply physically sense my body or even to rely on my silver cord connection to it. I must actually sense my body directly through my subconscious and this means activating my spiritual senses. This in turn means charging psychic energy. Only when my spirit is able to directly sense my body is my subconscious able to influence it through the use of chi. Recall that a silver cord connection doesn’t actually require your spiritual senses to be activated or awakened and therefore is not enough to use your chi in the transcendental way that’s possible when your spiritual senses are awakened. This also means that you’ll tend to naturally use your ESP to sense a target that you’re attempting to use your chi to influence and that you’ll naturally get psychic impressions of the target as you’re using psychokinesis on it.
It should be noted that because your subconscious can charge in a way that makes your spiritual senses more and more tuned into a particular target, this also means that your subconscious can charge in a way that allows you to manifest your chi in a way that’s more and more tuned into a particular target. In other words you’ll have a greater and greater affinity for using your chi to influence a particular target the more transcendentally connected your subconscious becomes to that target. This is why it is so important to recognize the difference between a silver cord connection and a transcendental connection when using your chi inside your body. Chi control using a silver cord connection doesn’t require you to actually focus on any particular part of your body and the way that chi manifest will simply depend on the frequency of your subconscious. However, chi control using a transcendental connection requires you to specifically focus on the part of your body you’d like to influence as well as activating your spiritual senses and using ESP to sense that particular part of your body. As you charge in this way more and more, your subconscious will actually become more and more connected to this part of your body and will likely have an easier and easier time using your chi to influence this part of your body. I should mention that using your chi on some target that’s outside of your body, will always require you to use psychic energy and transcendental connection as a silver cord connection wouldn’t be applicable in that case.
CHI ENERGY INTELLIGENCE
The last topic I’d like to discuss regarding transcendental control of your chi has to do with the relatively intelligent nature of chi energy. Recall from the previous chapter it was mentioned that your spirit has an innate ability to simply gain information about reality in response to your intention. It’s unclear where this ability actually comes from or how it works but it seems to simply be an innate mental function that’s built into our spirit. This makes it seem like our spirit is able to tap into a kind of universal library of knowledge whenever we want to use ESP to know something. Well a similar principle actually applies to your chi energy when it comes to manifestation. When you hold the intention to influence a target in some way, your subconscious seems to tap into an innate kind of intelligence that gets used to program your chi and direct it in what it needs to do to carry out your command. For example if I simply hold the intention to heal my body, my subconscious will presumably begin commanding my chi in a way that directs it on how it is to influence my cells and organs – through my aura – to make my body heal.
I don’t actually even need to know that I have cells or organs as I do this. My subconscious alone will automatically tap into an innate intelligence in order to pull off this command. Although the more knowledge I do have about my body, or some target in general, the more specific I can make my intention as I tap into this innate intelligence. For example if I know specifically that my liver is diseased, I can simply hold the intention to directly to heal my liver and focus my chi there. Furthermore if I know that my body is infected with a particular pathogen and that it hasn’t produced effective enough antibodies to fight it off, I can also just hold the intention to produce the correct antibodies to destroy this pathogen. My chi would then tap into this grand intelligence and use it to help my body create the proper antibodies needed to destroy this pathogen. Thus knowledge is power is when it comes to chi energy control. The more knowledge you have about the way the something works on a conscious level, the more specific you can express your intention and the more precisely your subconscious can be commanded to manipulate your chi to carry out that command.
It should be noted though that this intelligent nature of chi energy can also backfire on us in certain ways as well. For example if I focus on my body and hold the intention that it produce antibodies to fight off some infection, it’s possible that my chi will help my body to produce these antibodies. However, it’s also possible that these newly created antibodies could be auto-immune in nature and begin destroying my own body from the inside as well. Thus it could be potentially very dangerous to start manipulating your body’s antibodies through your intention and chi energy – again this is one of the reasons that your body dampens your transcendental control of chi energy in the first place. The particular direction that your subconscious gives to your chi in order to carry out some command of yours will always be a bit of a wild card and can’t fully be known in advance. However, I believe the overall nature of this direction and manifestation will be dependent on the specificity expressed in your intention and on the frequency of your subconscious. For example if I hold the intention to heal my body in a very general way, then my chi will likely just influence my aura to manipulate my body’s cells and organs in some way that causes them to function better and more easily sustain my life. However, if I hold the intention to heal my body by producing more red bloods cells or something like that, then that command is much more specific and my chi will attempt to heal my body in a much more confined way.
As mentioned previously, subconscious frequency is also an important factor in how my subconscious directs my chi as well. When I hold the intention to heal my body, my subconscious will no doubt switch to what you might simply call the “healing” frequency and I will feel the healing emotion as well. I cannot for example express an intention that causes my subconscious to switch to the sadness frequency but then, at the same time, also use that intention to command my chi in an identical way to the healing frequency case. No doubt, some of the information and context within my intention will be lost in the sadness frequency case. Thus the particular way that we’re able to command our chi is also quantized by both intent and subconscious frequency. I believe that negative subconscious frequencies in general will cause your chi to manifest fairly negative events. While positive subconscious frequencies will cause your chi to manifest fairly positive events. Thus if you’re transcendentally controlling your chi, while you’re feeling a very negative emotion, this could cause your subconscious to give directions to your chi that causes it to take a very negative path in its effort to carry out your command.
For example if I very angrily hold the intention for my body to attack certain pathogens I believe are in my body, it’s possible that this anger could cause my chi to influence my body to start attacking these pathogens in a way that also ends up damaging my own body as well. However, if I’m feeling a very positive emotion while holding the intention for my body to get rid of these pathogens, it’s probably less likely that the undesirable outcome of my body attacking itself would occur. I believe it is more likely that my chi will influence my body in a way that has a mostly positive outcome. In other words, my chi will help my body to defeat the pathogens without actually damaging my body in the process. Again I have not actually gone through the subconscious experiments to verify this, however, this is my current belief about chi. Thus it is very important to be cognizant of the frequency of your subconscious as you’re transcendentally controlling your chi.
The more negative your frequency, the more likely your chi will manifest some negative outcome as it carries out your command. The more positive your frequency, the less likely your chi will manifest some negative outcome as it carries out your command. For this reason, I like to charge spiritual energy whenever I’m transcendentally controlling chi – as rare as that is. I believe spiritual energy causes my subconscious to become the most purely positive that it possibly can and that this minimizes the possibility of my chi manifesting some negative event or side effect. It should be noted however, that, while I’m able to experience different emotions and subconscious frequencies when manifesting chi inside my own body, this may not be possible when the target is an external object. This is because transcendentally connecting to an external target may cause psychic energy to charge in a way that causes me to become emotionally depressed. We talked about this effect in the previous chapter when discussing the antithetical nature of psychic energy and spiritual energy. Although I haven’t tested using my chi to influence an external target to see if this effect occurs, I have noticed that, for whatever reason, I don’t really experience a drop in spiritual energy when trying to use chi to heal my body even though I feel my psychic energy charging as a result. I seem to be able to charge spiritual energy and psychic energy just fine when charging to heal my body. However it could be that using chi to heal the body is generally permitted by God and therefore it is quite easy to charge spiritual energy and psychic energy simultaneously in this case. However more research would need to be completed to study this phenomenon.
Before moving on, I’d like to revisit the topic of stress in the body one more time. One thing that I’ve always found relatively annoying about orthodox science is the staunch rejection of anything like chi energy actually existing in the body but then not explaining why negative emotions in general cause stress on the body. The most common explanation for this is that negative emotions cause the brain to release the cortisol hormone into your bloodstream and that this activates your sympathetic nervous system to induce a fight or flight response. Now I’m not a biologist or medical specialist myself, so I could be wrong in what I’m about to say, but I honestly I can’t see how that can be true for all negative emotions. I can see how the emotion of aggression and even anger would cause your body to enter a fight or flight mode. But why would sadness or jealously cause you to enter fight or flight? I ask this because these are negative emotions that also cause stress on the body. People have been known to die from grief when they become extremely sad and depressed at the loss of a loved one. Simply put, all negative emotions cause stress like effects on the body and I sincerely doubt that all of the physiological manifestations of stress can truly be explained in terms of the release of cortisol and adrenaline hormones in the bloodstream. Furthermore the placebo effect, which has the opposite effect of stress, is even more of a mystery.
Experiments have shown time and time again that positive emotions clearly have a beneficial effect on your health but, in this case, there is no direct hormone that orthodox science can point to and claim as the cause for this effect. What is actually shocking to me is that modern science readily admits that it doesn’t know where the placebo effect comes from or how it is able to occur. I’m very surprised by this because orthodox science usually has no problem just sort of making something up that fits in with the modern materialist view of reality. However, in the case of the placebo effect, they actually just admit that this phenomenon can’t be explained in terms of the current understanding of the body. Of course they do still cling to the faith based argument that the answer is somewhere in the physics and will one day be discovered. However, I believe that the phenomenon of stress and the placebo effect in your body are actually the result of the way chi energy is manifesting in your body. Furthermore changes in the body due to stress and the placebo effect are not always predictable because of the intelligent nature of your chi energy and the fact that there is always some randomness in the direction it takes to manifest some intention of yours.
CHARGING TECHNIQUE FOR CONTROLLING CHI
Now we’re finally ready to begin discussing how to actually charge your subconscious to use influence type psychic abilities or to simply use your chi. The good news is that, in spite of all of the new theory that we’ve discussed this chapter, the technique for charging your subconscious to use chi is pretty much the same as that which was discussed for using sensory type psychic abilities. Because controlling your chi is greatly dampened, like your spiritual senses, it will be very important to spend a great deal of your time pre-charging some manifestation intention. For example let’s say that you want to heal your body in a transcendental way. You would begin by simply focusing on your body and holding the intention to heal it. You would do this of course in intervals of about 5 – 10 seconds at a time. You can even tell an affirmational story, while holding this intention, that feels like it’s enhancing the emotional feeling associated with the healing frequency. The more strongly you feel the emotion of healing, the more your subconscious is charging at the healing frequency. I usually will perceive an orangish-yellow color that reminds me of the sun when I’m charging the healing frequency for some reason.
After doing this, I will then wait for about an hour or longer before going through another pre-charging session. I would then perform another 5 – 10 second pre-charge and then wait for about an hour again and then keep repeating this cycle. I don’t usually do it every single hour on the hour but rather will generally make sure to have a few charging sessions throughout the day. Unlike with ESP, which usually causes me to feel depressed, I have been able to successfully experience emotion while charging my subconscious to heal my body. So during my pre-charging sessions, I’m able to focus on the emotional feeling of the charge as well as the physical symptoms of the charge. My goal is to generally hold the intention to heal my body until my emotional response to this intention reaches some peak. This peak will usually be reached after about 5 – 10 seconds. If I continue to hold the intention to heal beyond that point, I will notice that the emotional feeling of healing is suddenly getting weaker. You will want to end your pre-charge session before that drop in the emotional feeling occurs. Simply keep pre-charging in this manner multiple times a day for about one or two days. As you do, you will notice that your subconscious is becoming much more volatile toward the intention to heal your body and will even feel like it is beginning to deep charge.
After you’ve pre-charged for a good chunk of time, you’re now ready to move on to the main charging phase. Like with psychic energy, the entropy rate for charging your subconscious to use your chi is very high. This means that you really won’t want to spend too much time in the main charging phase initially. I usually start main charging in intervals of about 20 – 30 seconds initially and then go a little longer afterwards. I don’t charge my subconscious to use chi very often at all but I’d probably say that I pre-charge for about about 1 – 2 days and then main charge in short intervals about of about 20 – 40 seconds for another 1 – 2 days before going longer. By the time I’m ready to go longer, I will actually get the sense that I’m deep charging as well. But during the main charge your goal will pretty much be the same as it was for psychic energy. Simply tell some kind of highly affirmational story while holding the intention to heal your body. You will want this story to have the effect of getting you to truly believe that you’re healing your body. This can be done by using highly affirmational statements in your story and looping around into highly affirmation scenes over and over again as you tell your story. Furthermore, you will want to tell this story in a way that greatly captures your own attention and interest so that you’ll be able to go into an even deeper transcendental state and gain the ability to control your chi in an even more transcendental way.
As you enter a transcendental state while your attention is captured in this story of healing for example, you will find that you instinctively “just heal” your body in the same manner that you instinctively just produce emotion or charge belief when you’re in a transcendental state. In other words you will control your chi in a very “just do it” kind of way. Furthermore when you do control your chi in this transcendental way, it will have a feel that is similar to moving something such as when you transcendentally control your body to laugh or cry for example. However, in this case, you will notice that you’re able to transcendentally control an ethereal like energy that seems to reside within your body. And when you’ve fallen out of a transcendental state, it will feel as though you’ve lost the ability to control this ethereal substance in the same way. You’ll still be able to control it using your negative mind but this of course won’t feel as transcendental or supernatural as when you’re controlling it while in a transcendental state after having charged your subconscious to control your chi in a very specific manner. But when you do enter this transcendental state again, you will gain the ability to transcendentally control your chi again.
As you continue to charge your subconscious to heal your body, you may get the feeling that your subconscious is actually building chi in a similar manner to the way your subconscious generates more emotion when you charge emotion. If your charging sessions go on too long and negative memory starts building up, you may get the sense that your ability to both feel and control this chi is dropping again and going back to normal levels, similarly to what happens when you try to charge emotion and too much negative memory builds up in the process. Like psychic energy, because you’ll be charging your subconscious to manifest chi in very short intervals at a time, it will often feel like your subconscious or etheric body is loaded up with chi that’s just ready to be used. In other words, it will have a very strong “potential energy” feel to it. You must try to resist the urge to “use up” all of this chi by focusing on your body and holding the intention to heal it for longer periods of time. Doing so would build up too much negative memory and cause you to lose the subconscious charge that allows you to control your chi in such a transcendental way.
For our discussion here, we used the intention to heal your body as an example of psychokinesis. However, depending on what you’re attempting to do with your chi, you may feel an instinctive urge to release a lot of chi in one huge burst to accomplish the influence or change in the target that you desired. This happened to me one time when I held the intention to make an object move. It is unclear if there are any physical or spiritual consequences to releasing so much chi at once so it is important to take care when controlling your chi. Again this is a largely unexplored mental ability and there may be unforeseen consequences involved in consciously controlling your chi in this manner. This is especially true if you’re attempting to control your chi while your subconscious frequency is very negative. Normally your body dampens your chi control so, even if you’re experiencing a lot negative emotions, the corresponding stress on your physical body and negative chi manifestation isn’t too bad. However, this effect could be exponentially worse if you start trying to control your chi in a transcendental way, where you’ve effectively overcome the dampening effect, when your emotions are negative. You could inadvertently release a whole bunch of chi in a way that destroys your body from the inside out. I say this to make it clear that you must be very careful when controlling your chi transcendentally, especially when your emotions are negative.
In fact this idea brings up the last topic about charging your subconscious for chi control that I’d like to discuss and that is the topic of deep charging. Actually there is not much to say on the topic of deep charging as I’ve never gone that far with it for controlling my chi. However, what I will say is that the same emotion and frequency considerations that are present with any deep charge must be taken into account here. For example when I’m deep charging my subconscious to heal my body, I must make sure not to charge negative emotions throughout that same rolling 7 day period. Healing is a positive emotional frequency and so any negative emotional charge will dampen my ability to charge my subconscious for the purpose of healing. Charging positive emotions during that rolling 7 day period is fine but I will still want to boost my healing charge primarily through my healing frequency charging sessions. However, to also ensure that my subconscious is the most pure, which increases the probability of positive outcomes in terms of chi manifestation, I still like to charge spiritual energy as I’m deep charging the ability to heal as well.
In a sense, it will feel almost as though I’m deep charging both spiritual energy and the ability to heal as well. To do this, I will incorporate God and Jesus into the stories I use to heal my body. I will usually tell a story where I imagine that Jesus has given me the power to heal my body and that I strongly believe that I have this power. As I enter a transcendental state, I will instinctively control my chi to heal my body as expected. But I will feel my subconscious becoming more transcendentally connected to God as well and this will cause my subconscious to feel an extremely positive feeling as well. I may sometimes even take a break from focusing on healing and simply spend a few charging sessions focusing on Jesus and charging my subconscious to feel more connected to him at the subconscious level. After doing this for a while, I will then switch back to an affirmational story that focuses on healing my body but I will try to incorporate Jesus into that story too. Sometimes I may switch to a story that doesn’t incorporate Jesus and just uses imaginary characters and scenes I created to charge the healing frequency. But I will make sure to spend good chunk of the time incorporating Jesus into many of my stories so that they have the feeling of God being connected to them. I believe that this will quantize my subconscious in way that ensures it will manifest my chi in a truly positive way.
It should be noted that much of this discussion was attributed to the goal of using psychokinesis when the target is actually your own body. It’s not entirely clear if these same rules will all apply in the same way when the target is something external to your body. For example I’ve noticed that I don’t feel that same depressed feeling when I’m charging my subconscious to heal my body although I do still feel a response from my pineal gland. However, if the target is external, it may be the case that I feel largely depressed again and am unable to charge spiritual energy. During the one time that I felt a burst of chi leaving my body and causing an object to move, I was in a very emotionally depressed state and lacked spiritual energy. Thus it is very important to be aware that there may be some differences in using this technique to influence external objects vs your own body.
HEALING MY BODY WITH CHI ENERGY
I’d like to now talk in more detail about the one and only time that I came a little close to deep charging my subconscious for the purpose of healing my body. During this time, I didn’t have anything in particular that I wanted to heal but instead was simply curious to see what would actually happen if I simply kept charging my subconscious around the intention of healing. To be clear, I was actually more interested in seeing what would happen if I’d charged my subconscious to use an influence type psychic ability to a certain a degree of intensity. I wasn’t too interested in using this type of ability on an external object since I knew I might start experiencing the negative symptoms associated with charging psychic energy. On the other hand I remembered that, out of the few times that I charged my subconscious to heal my body in the past, I didn’t really experience these negative symptoms too much. Plus the intention to heal my body seemed like an innocent enough intention that it was unlikely to backfire on me in terms what it might cause my chi to start trying to manifest in my body. I suppose it was still somewhat risky since this was relatively uncharted territory, but I decided to accept the risks and see what would happen as I kept charging my subconscious for this purpose. Now by this time I had charged my subconscious to heal my body a few times in the past but I never really went all that far with it. This time, I suppose just for the heck of it, I was curious to see what would happen if I’d kept charging my subconscious to heal my body more and more.
Well as I kept charging my subconscious for this purpose, I eventually did reach a sort of new frontier in terms of subconscious charging and began to experience symptoms and subconscious activity that I’d never experienced before. First, let me just reiterate one strange symptom that I touched on earlier and that is the visual imagery that comes to my mind when I’m charging the healing frequency. Recall from chapter 7 in book I that colors can sometimes stimulate your subconscious to more easily charge certain frequencies than others. Well I noticed that, when I’m charging the healing frequency, I keep getting an orangish-yellow color pop into my mind. And sometimes, if I’m not mistaken, I even get the distinct impression of the sun. And I don’t simply mean a color that’s like the sun. I mean that the image and idea of the actual sun keeps popping into my mind for some reason as I perform this charge. It’s not exactly clear to me what connection the sun has to our ability to heal but there does seem to be some connection to it at the subconscious level. Now as I continued to charge my subconscious to heal my body over the course of a few days, I began to experience very strange physical sensations that I would describe as relatively freaky and somewhat supernatural in nature.
I started to feel symptoms that reminded me of those two times I had began to astral project many many years ago. But first, I’d like to say that I actually began to notice what I believe to be my astral body. It’s a bit hard to describe but the best way I can think to put it is simply to say that there are lots of feelings inside of us that have always been there our whole lives. This includes the feeling of our own organs and tissues inside our body. Although we might not necessarily say that we can “feel” our own organs and tissues, unless something is wrong with them, the truth is we can and do all the time. It’s just that these feelings never really change so we don’t have much of a reference point to compare such feelings to. And in the absence of some reference point – where we no longer have all of these organs or tissues – we might simply say that there is no feeling. However, I believe that if one of our organs were removed, we would immediately notice that our insides feels different – although we probably never noticed the feeling of that organ before. I say all of this to say that a similar thing happened with my astral body. Out of all of the feelings that I’m able to perceive on the inside of my body, I wouldn't have ever said before that my astral body was a part of those feelings. However, as I started to charge my subconscious to heal my body, I noticed that this very quiet and subtle feeling on the inside of my body suddenly started to become active and do different things.
From there I realized that this incredibly subtle feeling was always there but just wasn’t doing much of anything for me to notice it. It is only when I began to heal my body that I began to notice this subtle feeling. And I felt as though this subtle feeling might represent my astral body. Furthermore as I charged my subconscious to heal my body more and more, this subtle feeling grew more and more. As it grew, it became easier for me to focus my attention on this feeling and that seemed to make it grow more as well. I thought this phenomenon of the subtle suddenly becoming more and more conspicuous was a fairly interesting aspect of this experience. But even beyond this, I then noticed that it actually felt like, what I can only describe as a kind of healing energy, was coming from my astral body. I got the distinct sense that my astral body was somehow pumping this healing energy into my physical body. I mostly felt these sensations around my stomach area – right where the lower dan tien is said to be located. This is why it is not clear to me if chi is something that comes from your spirit or is something that you gain from the external environment. I’ve had experiences that seem to favor both possibilities. And when it came to charging my subconscious to heal my body, I definitely got the impression that chi was somehow coming from my spirit and then entering my physical body in order to heal it.
The next symptom I felt during this experience was really strange as well. I noticed that, as I kept charging my subconscious to heal my body, I started to feel quite cold all of sudden. This alone probably wouldn’t have been so strange in itself, especially considering that it was actually cold outside at the time. However, what made this symptom so strange was that I didn’t actually feel cold on the outside of my body the way I normally would. Instead I actually felt cold on the inside of my body. I remember thinking this was a very strange feeling that I think I’ve only ever experienced when I was sick and had a fever. I’ve never felt cold on the inside of my body in any other circumstance – least of all when I feel perfectly healthy. However, during this time, for whatever reason, I just felt really cold on the inside. I remember thinking to myself just how much harder it is to get warm when you’re cold on the inside of your body. It takes a lot more time to build up heat to the point that you’re comfortable again. Right around this time, I decided that I went far enough and chose to stop charging my subconscious to heal my body. Once I had, it took about 15 – 20 minutes for my body temperature to return back to normal. I hadn’t actually used a thermometer at the time or anything like that, but at least I felt warm again in the normal way after about 15 – 20 minutes.
One last symptom I’d like to mention wasn’t entirely physical in nature but was a rather interesting part of the experience. Recall that it was mentioned that your spirit has to sense a target before you can use your chi to influence it. This generally results in your pineal gland becoming active as you’re controlling your chi in a transcendental way. This also means that your spiritual senses “turn on” in a sense and that you’ll tend to naturally use your ESP to sense the target as you’re attempting to use your chi to influence it. Well this phenomenon also occurred as I was charging my subconscious to heal my body. I remember, as I charged my subconscious to heal my body more and more, actually getting psychic impressions of the inside of my body. I could actually psychically feel the cells, organs and tissues throughout my body. I remember thinking how round and circular my cells felt and that my inner tissues all looked so pink during my impressions. I also got the sense that I was already pretty healthy overall, which made sense because there wasn’t actually anything in particular that I was trying to heal and I didn’t actually have any symptoms of sickness or disease at the time. I felt that if some part of my body was sick and diseased, it would’ve looked different to me in my psychic impressions. Perhaps it would’ve appeared darker and not as ideally shaped and I would’ve gotten an overall psychic sense that something was off with this body part. But my psychic impressions gave me the sense that everything was all good.
This experience was the one and only time that I’d ever intentionally charged my subconscious to control my chi in this manner. At least, this was the only time I had ever charged it that far. One thing I can say from this experience and others is that, when you charge your subconscious to use your chi, you will experience some very strange and somewhat freaky symptoms as your subconscious charges more and more. I remember one time I charged my subconscious to try to transcendentally move my chi, as if I was moving an arm and leg, and I began to experience electrical sensations that were also very similar to the two times that I began to astral project in the past. Again because transcendental chi control is such uncharted territory in modern society, it is very important to take care when charging your subconscious to control your chi in any way. There could be unforeseen consequences and symptoms that I have not experienced myself that you could experience if you were to start controlling your chi. For this reason, I’d say that there is always a risk involved in controlling your chi transcendentally and is also one of the reasons why I don’t experiment with it more. Although I’d still say that the main reason I don’t is because I’m just not that interested in manipulating chi. That being said, I think a good rule of thumb to follow if you do decide to start controlling your chi is pretty much what I mentioned in the previous chapter. You will really want to do so with blessing and direction from God. This means charging lots of spiritual energy and having a strong relationship with God. By strong relationship, I mean that you've committed yourself to not engaging in any sinful behaviors and you've established a conversation with God that you're actually consciously aware of. From here you would pray to God for permission to start using your chi and then would follow his direction from there.
TELEKINESIS AND CHI ENERGY
Another really strange experience I had with chi energy involved using it to make an object move or, in other words, using it to perform telekinesis on an object. This was actually one of the few times that I deep charged psychic energy, something I rarely did because the psychic headaches and depression would be too much. During this particular time however, I was really in the zone with my psychic abilities and thought to myself that, just for the heck of it, I would try to use telekinesis to make an object move. At that time I didn’t actually believe that telekinesis was even possible and was just sort of having fun messing around with the idea because I was so in the zone psychically. To set things up for this attempt, I propped up a piece of tissue on the tip of a tooth pick which I had inserted into something, I forget what it even was, to make it stand up. I then decided to the hold the intention to make the tissue move and simply waited. This was an interesting choice of mine at the time because I didn’t actually know back then that all I had to do to enter a transcendental state was hold an intention for about 7 – 10 seconds or so. I used to always try to enter a transcendental state by trying to almost fall asleep in a sense. I would achieve this by relaxing my mind and trying to get it to drift into a day dream. This made controlling my subconscious a lot harder than it needed to be but, for whatever reason, I correctly simply held the intention to move the object until I entered a transcendental state.
Again I was just messing around and didn’t really expect anything to happen. However, when I’d done this, I could feel what I can only describe as a kind of pressure building up in my stomach area where the lower dan tian is said to be located. I then suddenly felt this instinctive urge to essentially shoot a kind of invisible non-physical fluid like energy out of my stomach and toward the piece of tissue I was attempting to move. I can only assume of course that this non-physical substance was actually my chi energy. As I entered a transcendental state and shot this energy out of my stomach toward the piece of tissue, the tissue suddenly flew off the tooth pick as if it was hit by a gust of wind. This was interesting because I hadn’t actually moved my body or my hands very much when I’d shot this energy out of my stomach. It didn’t seem that it should be possible for the tissue to fly off as aggressively or energetically as it did. Furthermore I got the sense that there was no wind involved in its movement. It didn’t seem as though a whole bunch wind was moving in the area and happened to move the tissue along with blowing into to other objects. Rather it seemed as though it was only the tissue that had experienced some kind of force that caused it to move and that this force didn’t seem to have any effect on anything else in the environment.
That phenomenon alone, along with this energy shooting out of my stomach, was pretty freaky in itself. After having this experience, I remember being extraordinarily shocked that this ability seemed to work. Again I was just messing around and wasn’t really expecting much to happen, I didn’t actually think that telekinesis was possible at the time. However, this experience changed my beliefs on the possibility of this phenomenon. At the time, however, I was still attempting to learn how to use ESP and decided that I didn’t want to try to use telekinesis again until I finished studying ESP. I know my personality and knew that I would get carried away trying to study the ins and outs of telekinesis from a subconscious perspective if I’d continued to practice using it. Not to overwhelm myself, I made sure not to try to use telekinesis again and simply kept practicing to use ESP. Well after I finally felt I got the hang of ESP and had learned a lot more about the nature of subconscious energy, I decided that I would try again to use telekinesis – just to see if I could do it again. When I first attempted to practice this ability again, I could feel some interesting symptoms in my body – including some activity in my pineal gland – but I actually couldn’t make the object move again. Believing that I did successfully make the object move before and that I should be able to do it again, I continued practicing to use telekinesis. I’d like to just say that it didn’t take very long for me realize just how incredibly difficult it was to charge my subconscious while holding the intention to make an object move.
I remember trying constantly to charge my subconscious to move the object and not feeling much of anything happening. It wasn’t just that I didn’t feel an urge to instinctively control my chi in the way that I had before, but I didn’t feel really any activity from my subconscious at all. I could tell that my subconscious wasn’t actually charging as I’d held this intention. I spoke about this experience during the last chapter as well. At the time, I didn’t know that psychic energy and control of one’s chi were heavily dampened by the body and couldn’t just be charged up by the usual methods that I was used to at the time. So it was a pretty big mystery to me as to why my subconscious wouldn’t simply charge up in the way that it usually did when it came to this specific kind of intention. Now I might’ve simply believed that telekinesis was impossible and that this impossibility was the reason that my subconscious wasn’t charging. However, since I believed that I had actually done it before, I knew that this wasn’t the case. And, also as I mentioned before, I did get carried away and sort of became obsessed with attempting to charge my subconscious for the purpose of using telekinesis. I practiced day after day, sometimes for 8 – 10 hours or so, trying to charge my subconscious to make an object move. At the time I didn’t know that there was a such thing as negative memory or subconscious entropy rates so I assumed that the longer I attempted to charge my subconscious, the more it would actually charge. Needless to say, this didn’t actually work in practice and charging for longer and longer periods of time seemed to actually cause my subconscious to charge less rather than more.
Something I eventually noticed that was interesting was that my subconscious did seem to respond to my intention to make an object move and actually seemed to be charging up but only at the beginning of a new charging session. After attempting to charge my subconscious in this manner for even 20 – 30 minutes, I noticed that my subconscious activity suddenly started to drop and it would eventually feel like my subconscious wasn’t responding at all. Once this point of non-responsiveness occurred, there wasn’t really anything that I could do to try to get my subconscious to start responding again – although I usually did keep trying anyway. I eventually realized that I would simply have to stop for a few days and try again then to charge my subconscious for this purpose. I would try to use telekinesis in this manner on and off for about a year or so before finally learning how to correctly charge my subconscious for this intention. In fact it was actually then that I had discovered the pre-charging technique and learned how to use it to try to make the object move. Once I started pre-charging the intention to make the object move, I suddenly started feeling my subconscious responding again. It actually started charging in response to this intention and I started to feel the same symptoms I had during that first time I made the object move. I even started to spiritually sense the texture of the object using ESP as my subconscious charged up. I started getting psychic impressions of the actual arrangement pattern of the molecules in the object. One would think that, after about a year of effort, I would at least try to continue charging my subconscious to see if I could actually make an object move again. But nope, I chose not to and have not tried to since.
Once I was convinced that I could charge my subconscious for this purpose, I lost interest in actually trying to do it. I suppose it was because I was never actually all that interested in using telekinesis so much as I was interesting in simply knowing how to properly charge my subconscious to do it. Once I was convinced that I did know how to correctly charge my subconscious for that purpose, I no longer cared much for the activity and did not really care to try to “prove” that telekinesis was real and that I could do it. This was probably the only experience I ever had focusing on an external target, outside of my body, and attempting to charge my subconscious to influence it so I wanted to mention it here. One thing I would like to note though before moving on is something interesting that I read about in regards to using your chi to use telekinesis in this fashion. Although understanding on how to use your chi to make an object move is incredibly rare, I read that a few people who have learned how to do it and have done it for prolonged periods of time have actually experienced debilitating side effects in regards to their health as a result. Usually they end up getting sick rather easily and have shorter life spans as a result. Of course I just read that from a pretty random source online and can’t say for sure if it’s true. However, I wanted to mention this too because I think it actually does make sense as a consequence of using your chi in this manner.
If you think about it, chi, at least according to the theoretical framework set up in this chapter, is normally programmed to help your body function properly. Presumably your body charges your subconscious to control your chi to manifest vitality in your physical body. Your etheric body – which both houses and manages your chi – carries out the command or action of your subconscious and attempts to manifest vitality in your body. This is normally what your chi is doing most of the time since your ability to control it in a more direct way is normally dampened. However, when you start controlling your chi more transcendentally on a conscious level, it makes sense that this would probably interfere with the normal manifestation of physical vitality in your body. This would especially be true if you’re using a lot of chi energy at a time to influence some target to move. Presumably moving a heavier and heavier object or simply moving it with greater and greater velocity would require more and more of your chi energy to accomplish.
Thus in theory, using telekinesis all the time could actually come at the expense of your own health and could cause you to become sick more easily, age faster or disrupt the communication between different systems in your body. I believe that your aura actually allows for an intelligent kind of communication to occur at the cellular level for different systems across your body. Loss of chi for vitality would cause this communication system to break down and would cause your body to start behaving in a manner that seems more “stupid” and illogical. This is another unforeseen consequence to take into account if you decide to start charging your subconscious for the purpose of moving objects. It should also be noted though that this action could cause you to lose spiritual energy and begin experiencing all of the negative symptoms that arise from it, including depression and being accosted by negative entities. As I gain more experience with spiritual energy and going deeper into my relationship with God, I've actually become convinced that using your chi for telekinesis is pretty much always going to be a negative action that pushes you away from God. That's why it is mainly only seen in witchcraft and the occult.
USING CHI ENERGY ON PEOPLE
A rather interesting scenario we’ve not yet addressed is the circumstance in which the thing that you’re attempting to influence at a distance is actually another person. It’s certainly understandable how you could use your chi to influence your own body and even an inert and emotionally dead object that presumably has no spirit of its own. But what would happen if you attempted to use your chi to influence another living person’s body? Would your psychokinesis work on them in that case? Could you, for example, use your chi to heal their body or move their arm telekinetically? After all it’s one thing to transcendentally connect to a person and use ESP to perceive their subconscious expressions (telepathy) but it’s whole other thing to actually try to influence their body or subconscious mind. Is such a thing possible? Well I actually believe that it might be but only in a very limited way. Unlike physical objects, people actually have a spirit and an etheric body which is connected to their physical body. This means that their physical body is strongly connected to and associated with their own chi energy. I don’t think that another person’s chi could actually override the original chi that was native to the individual’s body. In a sense, the other person would have trouble transcendentally connecting to that person’s body in a way that allows them to use their chi to influence it. It’s also possible that our silver cord could have a defense like mechanism which prevents other people from connecting their chi to us without our permission.
Thus while a transcendental connection to others is possible as far as perceiving their thoughts, I don’t think it’s possible with chi energy – at least not as easily and not by force. This is also part of the reason why negative entities can’t just take over your body and start influencing it at will as they can when you’re possessed by them. Your body seems to have a defense mechanism which prevents this from happening – although your spiritual energy is also the other reason they can’t influence you very much either. I do think however, that it is possible for you to use your intent to allow your body to be affected by someone else’s chi. In this case, you’d be expressing through your intention that you want to essentially give a kind of subconscious sovereignty over your body to another individual. Obviously this is usually not going to be a great idea to do for just anybody and will generally require a great deal of trust. As discussed in chapter 5, this occasionally occurs in witchcraft where people allow negative entities to enter their body and allow them to control it by influencing their subconscious expression of motion. This ends up allowing the negative entity to also influence the individual’s chi and manifest it in a negative and damaging way in their body. The demon cannot ever force the individual’s subconscious or body to do anything. However, if the person chooses to charge their subconscious in a way that allows the demon to do this, then that is another matter. It should be noted that there is a positive version of this granting of sovereignty over your subconscious and that involves God and the Holy Spirit. When you allow your subconscious to be lead by the Holy Spirit, that will always lead you to a place that’s better off than where you were and is something that I believe you should eventually do at some point in your life. This mainly just involves praying to God and charging spiritual energy though.
While it’s pretty clear cut in terms being good and bad when it comes to negative entities and God, it’s not as clear cut when it comes to granting subconscious sovereignty to another person. Generally I’d still say that this is a bad idea but I’d be willing to admit that it’s probably not as consequential as giving up sovereignty to a negative entity, assuming that the person you’ve granted sovereignty to are not themselves possessed or transcendentally connected to a negative entity. That being said, if this did happen, it may be possible for that person to influence your body using their chi and perhaps even combine their chi with yours to produce an even stronger manifestational effect – assuming you’re both using intention to manifest the same thing. Although this is all just theory and speculation, I should note that there are places in China where chi energy specialist are known for using their chi to heal others and that’s without the individual charging their subconscious to grant any kind of sovereignty or anything like that. So it may be possible that this requirement that I’m mentioning here is not actually the case. However, it could also be the case that this granting of sovereignty is not mentioned in the video or these chi energy practitioners are not actually healing individuals in the way that they claim to. For example they may not be doing it in nearly as transcendental a way as it could be done with proper subconscious control of the two individuals involved and with the proper granting of sovereignty to the healer.
PLANTS AND CHI ENERGY
An interesting application of chi energy that I’ve thought about but have also not tested out myself, involves the relationship between our chi energy and plant life. We see a very natural and synergistic relationship between animals and plants when it comes to gas exchange involving oxygen and carbon dioxide. It is possible that a similar synergy exists when it comes to chi. When I held the intention to absorb chi from the environment, as mentioned earlier, I mentioned experiencing a feeling of being rooted into the earth through my legs. Well I believe it may be possible that we can also absorb chi from plant life through this same rooting phenomenon that may occur whenever we’re attempting to absorb chi. This phenomenon may already occur to some extent ostensibly when we’re eating plant food. However, this can potentially occur more directly when we attempt to absorb chi from plants directly. This may not necessarily apply to all plant life but, just as many plants allows us to consume them as a matter of their biology, it is also possible that many plants, in a sense, willingly allow us to absorb their chi – so long as we don’t try to take too much. Their chi is gathered from the earth into a form that favors life and we, in turn, may be able to gather it directly from them to better sustain our own vitality. Of course this idea would need to be verified through experimentation however but it is a thought I had that I wanted to add to this chapter as some additional food for thought.
HAND SIGNS AND BODY POSTURE
The last major topic I’d like to discuss in chapter has to do with chi energy and what you might think of as your hand signs and body posture. When I first started controlling my chi in a transcendental way, I noticed something rather odd occurring with my hands. Whether I was charging my subconscious for the purpose of healing my body or for the purpose of making an object move, I noticed that I felt a rather odd compulsion to join my hands together. For whatever reason, I just felt like I didn’t want to keep them apart during this activity. I kept wanting to join my hands together and “close the circuit” in a sense. Of course I have no idea why I felt that way. I didn’t know why joining my hands together meant that I was closing some kind of circuit or even why I wanted to close that circuit by joining my hands to begin with. But, whatever the reason, I felt a relatively strong urge to join my hands so that “the circuit” would be closed while I was transcendentally controlling my chi. I seemed to have an intuitive belief that doing this would help my chi energy to both flow and manifest my intention.
What might be even more strange is that my hands didn’t just join in some generic way when I did this. Rather I felt the need to perform certain gestures with my hands as a result. I got the sense that making certain hand signs actually helped to both express and manifest my chi. After thinking about these experiences for a while, I started feel that this kind of makes sense. When controlling your physical body transcendentally, you will also feel natural compulsions to move your body in certain ways depending on the frequency of your subconscious charge. If you’re angry for example, you might feel a natural compulsion to frantically move your arms around while grimacing your face as you speak. This reflects how your subconscious has become quantized to express itself in what you might call the “motion” band of subconscious action. It is reasonable to assume that this same quantization of motion occurs whenever your subconscious is manifesting your chi.
Now under normal circumstances, your subconscious is far too dampened to express your chi in a noticeable way as you’re transcendentally controlling your body. However, when properly charged to manifest chi in a particular way, it makes sense that your subconscious would still compel your body to move in a transcendental way at the same time that it’s manifesting your chi. For example if you use intention to manifest your chi in some way that’s related to the anger subconscious frequency, then your subconscious would also have to charge up at the anger frequency as you’re charging your subconscious to transcendentally control your chi in this fashion. This charge at the anger frequency would naturally still cause you to transcendentally move your body in a way that reflects the anger frequency. Thus we can fairly say that the subconscious expression of chi energy tends to naturally coincide with the way you move your body due to the quantization effect. For example it might be easier for you to express your chi in a way that requires the anger frequency if you’re also grimacing your face and moving your arms frantically. Contrarily it might be harder for you to express your chi in an angry way if you’re smiling and have a relaxed body at the time.
This connection between the expression of your chi and bodily motion doesn’t just pertain to your bodily posture or the way you decide to swing your arms around either. Rather, based on my experience, even the gestures or signs that you make with your hands play an important role in the way your chi manifest. This would explain why I felt the strange urge to make a particular hand sign when I was charging my subconscious to heal my body or use telekinesis. It should be noted that the particular hand sign that I felt the urge to make was slightly different in both cases. It is also worth noting that we tend to feel a natural urge to make a similar hand sign when we’re praying to God as well. In this case, we usually feel the need to put make our hands flat, put them in an upright vertical position and then join them together. Sometimes an individual mostly do this but clasp there fingers together. Perhaps this expression of hand gesturing helps our subconscious to manifest the action of praying to God.
The last comment I’d like to make on this topic is that this concept of bodily motion and hand gestures being a factor in the manifestation of your chi and intention is certainly not a new concept. Tai Chi is an exercise and philosophy that comes from traditional Chinese culture and teaches that you can control your chi through very specific movement patterns and breathing exercises. Similarly it also suggested in yoga that certain hand gestures called “mudras” help to manifest your prana, or chi energy, as well as the corresponding expression of intention and emotion that you produce. Although I am not sufficiently knowledgeable in either philosophy to talk about them in more detail, I can at least say that my own personal experiences have validated the core principles of these ideas to a certain degree. Of course it would take more research when it comes to controlling my chi to determine what hand signs and bodily gestures help to manifest specific expressions of chi energy and to provide a comprehensive list of such expressions.
